Gabriela Aretis

LCSW

I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Gabriela, and I am passionate about walking alongside children, teens, and young adults as they seek healing, hope, and restoration. I work with clients who have experienced trauma, attachment-related challenges, anxiety, depression, and grief. I believe each client is the expert of their own story, and my role is to provide a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can take place.

My approach is deeply client-centered and relational, grounded in the belief that meaningful healing happens within a trusting therapeutic relationship. I value connection with my clients and strive to create a space that feels welcoming and non judgemental. I view the therapy room as a place of hope, reflecting Christ’s love through presence, care, and genuine compassion.

I work from an attachment-based lens and integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to support trauma processing and healing. I also incorporate Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and somatic approaches to help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and become more attuned to how emotions and trauma are held in the body.

Above all, I meet clients where they are and walk alongside them at their own pace. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported and empowered as you move toward greater healing and hope.
