I am passionate about helping adults navigate anxiety, social anxiety, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the many circumstances that can leave us feeling overwhelmed or stuck. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and collaborative environment where clients feel understood and supported as they develop greater self-awareness, confidence, and practical skills for moving forward. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based approaches, thoughtfully integrating these methods with a Christian worldview when desired by the client.

I especially enjoy working with couples who want to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, resolve conflict, and reconnect emotionally. My couples work is informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which helps couples understand the patterns that create disconnection and develop healthier, more secure ways of relating to one another. I also work with couples and families navigating communication difficulties, relational stress, and challenging transitions, helping them develop greater understanding and healthier ways of interacting.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Boston University, where I minored in World Religions, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. My counseling experience began at Hope Christian Counseling in Boca Raton, Florida, where I worked with individuals, groups, and couples. I further developed my clinical experience through training at DaTerra Psychotherapy & Wellness and Lifeskills South Florida Outpatient in Delray Beach. I am also a SYMBIS Assessment Facilitator, providing Christian premarital assessment and counseling.
