Nick Rumell, MS

Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern

I have always had a passion for people. I’ve been given the gift and desire to help others grow and experience God’s present grace in their lives. I am a Christian Counselor who is compelled by the love of Christ to no longer live for myself, but for Him who died for me and was raised again (2 Corinthians 5:14-15).

I believe that there is hope and healing for our deepest spiritual needs through Jesus Christ. I would like to point others towards the comforting grace of God, not just for their past or their future, but for their present.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with experience at a trauma counseling center. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), infidelity/dysfunctional relationships, grief, loss, and spiritual distress.

My approach is authentic and caring. I foster a relaxed and comfortable environment where we can work towards growth and positive change. My aim is to be a means of grace for you, used by God to help you experience the love of Christ in all facets of your life. Incorporating evidence-based tools and techniques, we’ll walk together through your difficult season and help you overcome its challenges.
