“Are you weary, carrying a heavy burden? Come to me. I will refresh your life, for I am your oasis.” – Matthew 11:28 (TPT)

Do you feel stuck, unhappy, or lost in your current season of life? Do you struggle with feelings of uncertainty and anxiety, which sometimes leave you feeling hopeless, confused, and desperate for change? Maybe you have started using unhealthy coping strategies and these have just added to an overall sense of worthlessness, pain, and depression. I have been there and sometimes we need support from someone else to help us get back on a pathway that leads to purpose and joy. God wants to meet us exactly where we are. He wants to turn our pain into purpose, while reminding us of His hope, even in the difficult seasons. Through my own healing journey, God has given me a deep passion to help others walk in freedom, contentment, and confidence. There is always hope and I want to encourage you to keep moving forward on your healing journey.

Psychotherapy is one of the best first steps you can take to rediscover your authentic self. While it can be difficult to take that first step, it is a brave and beautiful place to begin truly living again. As your therapist, I will walk alongside you and shine light on the areas of your life that are preventing you from moving forward. I will approach your current difficulties through a lens of compassion, curiosity, and genuine connection. Through a combination of personalized therapeutic approaches; we will work together to create lasting change. I will empower you with tools and insight to walk in freedom from the things that are preventing you from moving forward.

I will provide a warm, safe, and collaborative environment that focuses on the client’s individual needs. I have years of successful experience working with teens and adults who have experienced eating disorders, body image issues, addiction, PTSD, sexual abuse, low self-esteem, relationship conflict, and mood disorders, such as anxiety and depression. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), which I have personally and professionally experienced to be one of the most effective ways to heal previous trauma, while also experiencing significant relief from current symptoms. We will work together to help you make sense of your story, identify how your current triggers link to previous traumatic experiences, and create a safe space to help you heal and move forward in life. I will encourage you to rediscover the person God has created you to be, while we watch Him turn ashes into beauty, and redefine your story.

God will bestow on you a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair.-Isaiah 61: 3 -7
